Kaden's Story
Our son Kaden Keller was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2009 when he was 7 years old and in the first grade. He endured 3 years of treatment and after only 3 short months of completing his treatment, he relapsed in January of 2013. Then before he could complete his treatment, he relapsed again in June of 2014. Kaden passed away 3 short months later on September 9, 2014.
Throughout his five year battle, our local Sullivan community held us up.
We are so very proud and blessed to be part of a community that supports each other indefinitely. It is a great honor that we are able to pay it forward and continue Kaden’s journey with the Team Kaden Foundation. Our goal is to spread awareness and offer support and resources for anyone going through what we went through.
Our foundation helps area families with children in medical crisis by holding fundraisers and events to unite people to assist with the financial burden of treatment and support functions. We are committed to expanding awareness and reach in order to help more children. Team Kaden Foundation empowers communities to come together and raise money for their families and children in need. Donations are critical to our success and helps real families, right now.
Team Kaden Foundation contributes to lifesaving cure research through our research partners and offers the annual Kaden Keller Memorial Scholarship with a goal to propel young minds into a career of civic service.
To all of our donors, sponsors and partners - THANK YOU for making this vision a reality. Kaden’s journey continues, and we hope that you will continue to support our efforts to help others in need.
Together, we got this!
